Obtention of the fresh plant
The plants that we use in the obtention of the elaborated raw materia, come from our own crop, guaranteeing its biological purity, collecting them at the appropiate time, and making a selection of the plants’ parts which containss the best active principles.
Obtention of the raw materials
With the fresh plant, we obtain the extracts which will afterwards be integrated into the final elaborated products (like creams, oils, waters, milks, shampoos,...).
The mentioned extracts are obtained by maceration, always in cold and by means of passive technques, trying not to alterate the active principles which the plant contains.
The dry plant is submited to the drying process following the traditional passive methods in our own facilities. In this way, the treated plant will become a part of the final product, which you can find as an ornament inside the shampoos and gels.
Elaboration of the final products
Our laboratory is provided with the necessary equipment for a good guarantee of an optimal control of the processes, as well as the manufacturing and the necessary microbiological controls.
Packing, labelling and marketing
When the manufacturing process is finished and the analysis of each batch has been carried out, every product is packed into an individual container, for later being labelled and submited to the final quality control before storage.
